Alternate dispute resolution, or alternative dispute resolution, refers to various intervention methods designed to resolve a dispute without litigation.<\/p>\n
ADR approaches involve using a neutral individual or third party to help the disputing parties resolve their conflict outside of court proceedings.<\/p>\n
